Meeting location:

Note from Jesús Arellano:

The meeting place will be Hotel Gran Versalles (number 4 on list of hotels) in the city centre.

Hello Karlheinz.

Aenor's facilities are not going to be available for the meeting in September due to reforms. Nevertheless, I've made a reservation of a meeting room in Hotel Gran Versalles, including video projector, coffee breaks (morning an afternoon) and lunch for 25th and 26th. The costs are being assumed by my company (MTorres Group) with the support of Aenor, so only accomodation and meals other than lunch has to be paid by the attendants.

Erik is arranging the reservation for the meeting of next two days in the same place.

Accommodation is available in the same hotel (Hotel Gran Versalles) and, through it's web page, reservations can be done with a corporative fee. To do that, there is a code request, which is: AENOR03

There are two pdf-documents attached with information about other hotels (the same documents which were provided by Anders in his invitation to the meeting of 27-28).

There would be good to know the number of attendants a couple of days before the meeting to prepare the meeting room layout.

I hope not missed anything.

Best regards,
Jesús Arellano
